Doobie Terms of Use

Welcome to Doobie! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of services offered by DB Delivery MA, LLC d/b/a Doobie ("Doobie", "we", "us" or "our"), including our website, delivery services, mobile applications, communications, and related products or services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy ("Policy"), which is incorporated herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use our Services and legally permitted to purchase cannabis in your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.


2. Account Registration

To use certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.


3. Orders and Delivery

All cannabis purchases are subject to availability and compliance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, limit quantities, and verify eligibility at any time. You must present valid government-issued ID upon delivery.

Deliveries may be restricted based on your location, delivery windows, weather, traffic conditions, or regulatory requirements.


4. Payment

Doobie uses third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By placing an order, you authorize charges to your chosen payment method. We do not store or process your credit or debit card information.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and delivery fees.


5. Communications

By using the Services or providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications from us, including emails, texts, and push notifications. You may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe links or contacting us at privacy@trydoobie.com.


6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any local, state, or federal laws while using our Services.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services.
  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Doobie disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doobie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the past 12 months.


10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doobie, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim, liability, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or use of the Services.


11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, including if you breach these Terms.


12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Plymouth County, Massachusetts.


13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
