What is The Highline?
The Highline is Doobie’s customer service line. It’s who you call to hash out delivery or product questions, or discuss the mysteries of life, The Highline can offer product recommendations, pass along restaurant suggestions or just chat if you are high and need someone to lend an ear.
Is there a Doobie app?
No app yet— but we are actively working toward making your Doobie experience even more seamless. For now, all orders can be made online, through chat, or over the phone.
Is this legal?
Yes, delivery of cannabis is legal in our delivery service areas.
What does Doobie do?
We like to think that Doobie delivers happiness. Doobie delivers your favorite cannabis and cannabis related products to your door. How dope is that?

Doobie’s delivery windows vary by region. Call us at (888) 8DOOBIE to learn more about our hours of operation.
What are Doobie’s delivery hours
In most markets, we offer delivery from 9am – 10pm every day of the week. Last orders for the evening must be placed by 8:50pm. You can place an order after 8:50pm and schedule a delivery time for the next day
How long will my delivery take to get here?
We strive to deliver within 1 hour or less depending on location, and you will hear from our driver prior to departure with the anticipated arrival time.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, there is a distance-based delivery fee applied to each order. It will be calculated automatically upon checkout, and it is usually between $5-15.
Where can I have Doobie delivered?
Orders placed in California can be delivered to any location within the delivery area, as long as it’s not federal property (ex: government buildings, parks, or army bases). Orders placed in Massachusetts must be delivered to a residential address.
Do you offer contactless delivery due to Covid-19?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer contactless delivery options at this time because of regulations requiring us to confirm the ID of the customer. However, Doobie follows all CDC guidelines for out of home practices and has taken every necessary precaution to ensure the health and safety of our customers and team members. Our delivery drivers wear gloves and masks and sanitize before and after each delivery.
Doobie doesn’t deliver to my state, what can I do about that?

Do I need my ID to order?
Yes. You must be 21 years of age or older and provide a valid government issued ID (eg, drivers license or passport).
Can I track my delivery order?
Yes! Once you’ve placed your order with Doobie, we’ll send you a series of overly reassuring text updates during delivery. You’ll be able to see both the location and route of your driver.
Can I change my order?
Yes, with a few caveats. Call or text 1 (888) 8 DOOBIE if you need to make a change to your order. We cannot add to an order after the driver has left our partner dispensary or warehouse. If you need to remove items from or cancel your order prior to arrival, contact 1 (888) 8 DOOBIE.
Can someone else accept my order?
Sorry! All deliveries must be received by the person who placed the order.

Is Doobie a dispensary?
Not exactly, however, we do provide a similar experience. Just like a dispensary, we offer a wide variety of your favorite products and our trained customer service reps can answer all your questions. Unlike a dispensary, we deliver directly to your door…that way you can skip the lines
How are cannabis taxes calculated?
Cannabis taxes include City, State & Excise taxes. Taxes will be calculated automatically upon checkout.
Can I tip my driver?
Absolutely! Doobie drivers go above and beyond to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Tips are a fantastic way to thank them and Doobie drivers receive 100% of the tips!
